Maximize Monthly Travel Points: How Many Can You Earn? February 2025
Points Earning for January 16, 2025 to February 16, 2025
January felt like a year, and February is flying by. Since, January 16, I have traveled to Cleveland and flew some of my family to NYC. Outside of those adventures, I have mainly worked and tried out some new restaurants in the City.
I did not earn a ton of points over the last 30 days, but I am setting myself up to increase my earnings so that I can pay for a family trip to Panama this summer.

February Review
Whew, I am glad January is over and February is off to a good start! Cleveland was such a fun trip, though I did have to work for most of it.
When staying at my Hotel in Cleveland, I paid an extra $10.00 to double my points. This allowed me to double my based points earning while also earning points for being Hilton Gold.
If you have Delta Medallion Status, make sure to sign up for your personalized bag tags. I was so excited when I saw that you could now personalize them. Hopefully, I get them in the mail since I never seem to be able to get mine. I did update my address on my account to include my apartment number so hopefully that fixes the issue.
I did attend 2 timeshare presentations and need to figure out how to use those stays that I earned.
March Goals
For the next month, I plan on figuring out my tax situation. Once I have figured out how much I owe, I will open a new credit card to handle those expenses.
That is typically one of the best times for me to earn an elevated sign-up bonus. I am considering another Chase Ink or the American Express Business Gold Card.
I am starting to plan my summer travel and have been considering a trip for both March and April. So my goal currently is to get more chase points!
There are some transfer bonuses such as 50% to Marriott and 25% to Hilton that have caught my eye as I am looking into hotels for my upcoming trips.
